• Appraisals in Compliance

We’ve introduced the ability to include Appraisals as items in the Compliance report. This means organisations can now view and report on appraisal completion alongside other mandatory training items, giving a more complete picture of compliance activity.

Why this Matters

Previously, compliance reporting in Flow did not include appraisals, so these had to be tracked separately. With this update, appraisals can be flagged as compliance items, allowing organisations to report on and monitor them just like any other compliance training.

• Simplified tracking: All compliance-related training and appraisal activity can be monitored in one place.
• Greater visibility: Managers have a clearer view of the status of required appraisals alongside other compliance items.
• Stronger assurance: Organisations can demonstrate that appraisal requirements are being met on time, supporting audits and compliance obligations.

• Number of Fails in Learner Progress Report

  We’ve included a new column in the Learner Progress Report to show the number of failed attempts at modules.

  Why this Matters

  Previously, the number of failed attempts could only be seen by drilling into individual learner profiles. By surfacing this data directly in the Learner Progress Report, it is quicker and easier for managers to understand learner performance at a glance.
