Learner Audit Log

Excitingly we have now added an Audit Log to the Learner Profile! This is available for users to see where modules been voided, when the void was made, and who by. This helps with trackability in cases where modules are removed from learners.

Assign Learning Select All Learners

In this sprint we worked on improving the behaviour of the 'select all' on learners when assigning learning.

Deletion of Job Titles in Flow if actioned in OS

We have now ensured that if a job title is deleted in OS then this will also be mirrored in Flow for consistency of data.

Key Actions for Gamification​

We have continued to add key actions for 'pointable' actions in this sprint covering completion of modules before due date as well as appraisals.

Overdue Tag Languages

We noticed an improvement that needed to be made where if a resource was overdue and the user changed to a language other than English, then this would show as 'Incomplete' (but translated) where it should be 'Overdue translated.

Unable to upload videos to Module Builder

We had reports that it wasn't possible to upload videos to Module Builder, so we have resolved this now.

Intermittent issue with adding multiple choice/select type questions in Appraisals

On occasion it wasn't possible to add a multiple choice/select question in Appraisal forms. We investigated this and have now implemented a solution.

Badge in online module drawer incorrect

We found an issue with the badges in online module drawers sometimes not showing. This has now been fixed.
