Collections Detail Report

We have introduced a Collections Detail Report. This gives visibility over items within assigned Collections and the completion status on the items.

OS Source - Populate Feed IDs in to Flow branches

This update to accept feed IDs from OS will reduce the number of service bus messages, and speed up processing times between OS and Flow.

Unlink Learners - Remove option from OS source companies

We've removed the unlink learners options in OS source Flow platforms, as this is no longer required. OS automatically links users and employees, and Flow accepts the information sent from OS.

OS Source User demotion

We found that demoting a user from a Training Manager to employee type user wasn't working as expected. The Training Managers appeared as still being active in the Flow managers list despite not having access to Flow MS anymore, we've made sure to not include these users in the active managers list going forward.

AM Appraisal Permission

Account Managers unable to view all appraisals within their companies were still able to reassign already assigned appraisals to themselves. We're now preventing this.

Error running Refresher Rules

We found that where a Refresher rule was set that included External Training, and the External Training was deleted, this was causing an error, and sometimes re-issuing Refresher learning to learners. We've resolved this now.
