We continued work on allowing Flow integrations in Mapal OS this sprint.

Knowledge Checks Assignments

We have given users the ability to assign Knowledge Checks to learners via Assign Learning.

Noticeboard

Users now have the ability to assign Noticeboard items to new learners only.

External Training Report

This report now shows where learners have uploaded a document to their External Training in Mapal One.

Managers in Training Calendar

Training Managers without access to Training Calendar were showing as possible session administrators. We've resolved this and ensured that only Training Managers with access to Training Calendar pull through as session admins.

CSV Job title capitalisation

We saw an issue whereby not matching the job title capitalisation when uploading learners was not setting a job title for the uploaded learners. We've resolved this.

Void allocations permission

The Training Manager permission to allow users to void allocations was not working, and users were returning an error. This is now fixed.

Product Switcher

The Product Switcher on the Flow MS was missing some icons. We've now ensured not to show these.

Module Builder

We had issues with Module Builder images, text and pop up boxes. The majority of these have been resolved, and we're looking in to a handful of outstanding issues.
