- Recipe Card Management Page
- In this sprint we continued work on the Recipe Card management page, where users will be able to add Ingredients, Allergens and Recipes. This is part of ongoing work for the recipe cards feature. Please note that once complete the whole feature will be released at once. We will provide an approximate date for this in due course.
- Weekly Insights email subject change
- We've updated the subject of the Weekly Insights email to be 'Your Weekly Insights', replacing 'Flow Weekly Insights'.
- Collections Permissions Requirements
- We've removed the need for Training Managers to have permissions to maintain all company workbooks and appraisals in order to be able to create, maintain and assign Collections.
- Setting departments for learners in OS platforms
- Users were still able to set learner departments in Flow where this data should have been managed in the OS. We've made an update to prevent setting of department access for learners in Flow for OS platforms.
- Marking learners as leavers in OS platforms
- Users were still able to mark learners as leavers in Flow, where this data should have been managed in the OS. We have removed the option to mark learners as leavers in Flow where OS is the source of truth.
- Training Managers prevention of deleting completed items
- We've found that completed items were being deleted in error from learner profiles on occasion. To prevent this going forward, we've removed the ability for Training Managers to delete complete items. Incomplete items can still be deleted where required.
