Improvements
Knowledge Checks in Compliance
We’ve introduced the ability to include Knowledge Checks as items in the Compliance report. This means organisations can now view and report on appraisal completion alongside other mandatory training items, giving a more complete picture of compliance activity.
Why this Matters
Previously, compliance reporting in Flow did not include Knowledge Checks, so these had to be tracked separately. With this update, Knowledge Checks can be flagged as compliance items, allowing organisations to report on and monitor them just like any other compliance training.
Key Benefits
- Simplified tracking: All compliance-related training and Knowledge Check activity can be monitored in one place.
- Greater visibility: Managers have a clearer view of the status of required Knowledge Checks alongside other compliance items.
- Stronger assurance: Organisations can demonstrate that Knowledge Check requirements are being met on time, supporting audits and compliance obligations.
Bug fixes
- Training Manager SCORM Permission Error
- We’ve resolved a bug where the Training Manager SCORM permission didn’t allow users to edit or archive SCORM modules. This permission now correctly allows users to add, edit, and archive SCORM modules.
- Appraisals – Placeholder Text
- It was not possible to remove placeholder text added to free-type fields in Appraisal templates. These fields can now be edited, and any text removed.
- Appraisals Answers Report – Text in incorrect columns
- The trainee and manager answers to text-type questions were appearing in the wrong columns in the Appraisal Answers report. These now display in the correct columns.
- Inactive Users Receiving Training Calendar Emails
- Emails were being sent to inactive Training Managers who were still set as Training Calendar Admins. We now prevent Training Calendar emails from being sent to inactive Training Managers.
