- Further work required on SSO Users in OS
- We identified some final work needed to finalise the process for SSO users coming from Fourth into OS. We have now ensured that if there is an employee email there, then this is assigned to the SSO user so a new user in OS isn't created.
- Course Creation Email
- We have made some updates to the process behind the course creation email to ensure that the process doesn't stop when there is no email or no content. This will prevent leavers then being picked up in the process.
- AI Component update
- There has been a version update for the AI component in this sprint.
- Include 'Complete after Due Date' toggle in Compliance report
- Users now have the ability to be able to filter on items that were completed after the due date in the compliance overview report.
- Permissions on Learner Profiles
- In this sprint, we looked at a permission check for resources in the learner profile view, previously we weren't checking for all resources.
- Deletion Permission
- We also now check in more areas to see that the user has the required deletion permissions if they wish to delete certain items.
- Smart Analysis button update
- The smart analysis button is only available for use on the data views within reports, however it is also visible in some chart views. Now, if the user clicks on the button in the chart view, they will be directed to the data view and the smart analysis view will be opened.
