• Tags in Job Roles to Filter Explore Learning Content

We've introduced the ability to add Explore Learning tags directly to Job Roles in Flow MS. When tags are set and the "Restrict Explore Learning to tags" toggle is enabled, learners will see tagged Explore Learning content prioritised in Mapal One.

Tags will be pre-applied for learners based on their job role, helping surface the most relevant content first. Learners can still explore more content by adjusting or adding tags as needed.

Why this Matters

This update gives Flow MS users more control over the learning experience by allowing them to define which Explore Learning content is most relevant for each job role. It helps tailor the experience to each learner’s role, surfacing priority content first and keeping the experience focused, while still giving learners the flexibility to explore more content if they choose.
