- Updates to calculate department leaderboard
- We have made some updates to ensure that scores can be calculated on a department basis as well as on a branch basis. This will then be used in Mapal One.
- Additions to Knowledge Check Summary Export
- In this release we added some additional columns to the Knowledge Check Summary Report Export. These include columns for Region, Area and External ID.
- Archived and Deleted External Training in Refresher Training
- We have made updates to ensure that archived and deleted External Trainings do not run Refresher Rules any longer.
- Bulk updates to User Profiles in OS Syncing to Flow
- In this release we made some updates to ensure that any bulk updates to user profiles in OS sync to Flow.
- Training Structures Save & Review Help Text
- We wanted to make the save and review process a bit clearer for users when working in training structures. We have added some help text to provide users with more information.
- Noticeboard Category Deletion Behaviour Improvement
- If a user attempts to remove a category and there are still items remaining, then the system will now prevent this deletion until the items have been removed. Once they have been removed the category can be deleted.
- OS Source - Prevent setting of OS controlled permissions for Training Managers in Flow
- We've now prevented the ability to set access for maintaining branches, learners and managers in Flow where the platform is OS source of truth, as these permissions are controlled by Mapal OS.
