• Goals - Make Weightings Optional

We’ve enhanced the Goal Template experience by making the inclusion of weightings optional. Users now have the flexibility to choose whether or not to include weightings when creating or editing goal templates.

Why this Matters

Based on user feedback, we recognised that the previous weightings feature required a lot of setup and wasn’t necessary for all customers. This change simplifies the experience, making it more intuitive and customisable.

• Workbooks - Reissue Updated Template

• We've improved the Workbboks feature, allowing users to reissue an updates template to learners who haven't yet opened their assigned Workbook.
• Why this Matters
• Previously, reissuing updated Workbooks to learners who hadn't accessed theirs was a labour-intensive. Now, with this enhancement, Workbooks can be reissued directly from the template page—saving time and effort with just a few clicks.

• Saves time: No more manually issuing updated Workbooks to learners, reissue in just a few clicks.
• Improves efficiency: Streamlines the process of updating Workbooks for learners who haven’t accessed theirs yet.
• Better learning experience: Learners get the most up-to-date content without delays or outdated materials.

• OS Source Companies - Message on Flow feed logs

• We've added a new message to the Flow feed logs for OS source customers, clarifying that incoming learner data is now managed in OS. This message appears both on the feed logs tile and at the top of the feed logs page.

• This update helps users quickly understand where their data is managed, improving clarity and preventing concerns about feed functionality. Now, users can be confident that their feeds are working as expected, as well as where to find them.
