- Learner Audit Log Job Title Change
- We have made a further update to ensure that in the Learner Audit Log, that if a module is deleted by way of a manual job title change, then this shows as having been done by 'System'.
- Collections Summary Report - Row Hyperlink
- In this sprint we updated the Collection Summary report so that if the user clicks on a row in the report they are redirected to the learners profile page and to the Learning items of the Collection they have clicked on.
- Prevention of Permission Profile setting for Training Managers from Flow in OS Source Companies
- We now ensure that OS users with access to Flow in an OS source operator, cannot set permission profiles or branch/departments access for Training Managers in Flow.
- Training Manager Permission for External Links
- We have now added a permission to training manager profiles for managing External Links.
- Key Actions for Gamification
- We have continued to add key actions for 'pointable' actions in this sprint covering completion of Workbooks before due date as well as Knowledge Checks.
- Compliance Tile and Chart Updates
- We added in the capability into the Compliance report to split out items that are Complete and those that are Completed after the due date however this also split out the Tile on the dashboard and the Chart view on the graph. We have now made further updates to ensure that this shows a combined view of 'Complete' and 'Complete after due date'.
