Collections Certificates
We’ve introduced the ability to add certificates to Collections templates in the Flow MS. Where a certificate has been uploaded to a Collection, learners will be awarded the certificate in Mapal One upon successful completion of the Collection.
Why this Matters
By introducing certificates, we’re giving teams a simple and meaningful way to acknowledge progress, celebrate achievements, and support compliance tracking — all within the Flow MS and Mapal One experience.

- Formal recognition: Learners receive a clear, tangible acknowledgment when they complete a Collection.
- Supports compliance: Helps teams track and demonstrate completed training where certification is required.
- Seamless experience: Upload once in Flow MS, and learners automatically receive their certificate in Mapal One.
Knowledge Check Progress Report
We've added a new Knowledge Check Progress Report to the Flow MS. This report details out assigned Knowledge Checks, along with numbers of passed, failed, in progress, overdue and not yet started numbers, as well as percentages of passed and failed items.
Why this Matters
Understanding how learners are progressing through Knowledge Checks is essential for identifying gaps, tracking engagement, and making informed decisions. This new report gives users the visibility needed to monitor completion and performance at a glance — making it easier to intervene early and celebrate success.

Improvements
OS Source Companies - Training Manager Job Titles
We’ve introduced the ability to set Training Manager job titles in Mapal OS. These will be set by the internal Mapal teams, and will allow customers to continue to use Training Manager job titles as they were prior to being moved to OS.
Why this Matters
To support consistency across the Flow and OS Products, we’ve introduced the ability for Mapal to set Training Manager job titles on behalf of customers. This ensures that familiar role structures are preserved while keeping things simple and centrally managed.
By having Mapal teams handle this setup, customers benefit from a consistent experience without needing to manage this manually.

Bug fixes
- Prevent Reactivation Of Training Managers
- We saw instances of Training Manager reactivation unexpectedly. While these users did not have access to the Flow MS, they appeared on Training Manager lists. This has now been resolved, and existing instances cleaned up.
