Recipe Card Management Page

In this sprint we worked on the Recipe Card management page, where users will be able to add Ingredients, Allergens and Recipes. This is part of ongoing work for the recipe cards feature. Please note that once complete the whole feature will be released at once. We will provide an approximate date for this in due course.

Knowledge Check Help Text

We have added some help text to where the score is added in Knowledge Checks to ensure that users are aware a percentage is required in this field.

BCC of Managers

In this sprint we worked on an improvement to ensure that any managers CC’d into Appraisal and Workbook notifications are now BCC’d into these communications.

Ability to delete Departments

Users now have the ability to delete any departments where there aren’t any active learners.

Show branch access as '(0 selected)'

Where information is synced from OS to Flow, and Training Managers have no Business Units assigned in OS, and also don't have any branches assigned to them in Flow, we have ensured that this is clear and in the branches page in Flow, users will see that 0 have been selected.

Removal of Employment end date

We have made an improvement to ensure that removing an end date from an employee profile in OS will also remove the end date from the learner in Flow.

Update Default Certificate Template

We have worked on module builder this sprint to ensure that certificates offered on the management take on the correct branding.

OS companies

We've removed the ability to archive a branch in Flow where this data should be managed via the OS.

Option to filter on compliance

There was an issue in filtering in the compliance report, when trying to filter on a specific resource type. This has now been resolved.

Noticeboard Due dates

Noticeboard item due dates were being calculated on the learner’s added to system date, and not on their start date like other resources are. This is now using the employment start date.

Refresher Training number

When manually assigning refresher training the calculated number of assignees was incorrect. This is now calculating correctly.

Account Managers being demoted through OS sync

We have now ensured that Account Managers are not being demoted through the OS Sync.

Workbook due date removed on completion

In this sprint, we have made a fix so that workbook due dates are not removed on completion of the workbook.

Appraisal Access issue

An issue we have resolved now is access to appraisals. It had been reported that users who should be able to view appraisals in some instances could not.

Goals showing in Appraisals even when disabled

In Appraisal templates we were seeing Goals showing even when they had been disabled. We have ensured that this has been resolved and Goals do not shown when disabled.

Missing Curated Content item

Being an Ally was not always showing for learners when enabled in platforms, but this has now been resolved.
