This short resource helps your leaders and managers to develop their skills in giving feedback. They will explore the differences between effective and ineffective feedback using animated scenarios. Then use a common model to effectively structure the feedback they give. Great for anyone who may lead people within a hospitality environment.

Flow Learning Compliance Update

We’re always reviewing our content to offer tips on industry best-practice and that it’s aligned with changes in legislation. So, we’ve identified some amends to our core content and we’ve uploaded these new versions.

How will it work?

We will be switching the courses in our core content library to the new versions by the end of the 22nd of December. This will be done globally so you won’t need to do anything in Mapal One.

Once we’ve done this, all new learners will automatically see the new updated version. Any learners marked as ”in progress” before the switch date will continue to see the older version of the course, unless their progress is reset.

Will this influence my compliance status?

No, both the current versions and the newly amended versions are in line with all current legislation. Our amends are more in line with best practice advice, and you can see them in the list below.
