Young workers are more at risk from accidents and damage to their health. Therefore, it’s important for managers and team leaders to help keep young workers safe. This resource highlights the roles and tasks that young workers can, and cannot, perform legally in the hospitality sector, in line with the Children (Protection at Work) Regulations 2000 and the EU COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 94/33/EC of 22 June 1994 on the protection of young people at work.
