Flow Learning Compliance Update

We’re always reviewing our content to offer tips on industry best-practice and that it’s aligned with changes in legislation. So, we’ve identified some amends to our core content and we’re almost ready to upload the new versions.

It’s the first time we're updating our core content as part of our quarterly cycle.

Here’s a list of resources and the regional versions that will be updated:
  • Workplace Sexual Harassment: UK, EU, ROI, US, French and Spanish
  • Deskspace Ergonomics: UK, EU, ROI, US, French and Spanish
  • Mental Wellness: UK, EU, ROI, US, French and Spanish
  • Diversity, Inclusion and Equity: UK, EU, ROI, US, French and Spanish
  • Staying Safe and Sound: UK, EU, US, French and Spanish
  • Conflict Resolution: UK/EU, French and Spanish
  • Takeaway and Delivery Success: UK/EU, French and Spanish
  • 4 Ways to Build Revenue: UK/EU, French and Spanish
  • Disability Awareness: EU only
How will it work?

We will be switching the courses in our core content library to the new versions in March. This will be done globally so you won’t need to do anything in Mapal One.

Once we’ve done this, all new learners will automatically see the new updated version. Any learners marked as ”in progress” before the switch date will continue to see the older version of the course, unless their progress is reset.

Will this influence my compliance status?

No, both the current versions and the newly amended versions are in line with all current legislation. Our amends are more in line with best practice advice, and you can see them in the list below. If you’d like more information, please contact your Customer Success representative.

What if I have a scorm only or custom branded package?

If you have a scorm only or custom branded package that includes one of the listed core resources, your Customer Success representative will contact you directly with an individualised timeline for updating and switching your versions.

We’ll perform these updates automatically, but please inform your CS representative by Friday 10 March if you don’t want them applied to your versions. Bear in mind that if you choose not to apply the updates the relevant endorsements may be affected.

If we don’t hear from you by this date, we’ll update according to the timeline communicated.
