Flow Learning Compliance Update

We’re always reviewing our content to offer tips on industry best-practice and that it’s aligned with changes in legislation. So, we’ve identified some amends to our core content and we're premiering a new look and feel that is made to adhere to WCAG 2.1 AA standards in preparation for the EU Accessibility Act 2025.

Here’s a list of resources and the regional versions that will be updated:
  • Food Allergens - UK, EU, ROI, US Federal
  • Licensing England & Wales
  • Astuces pour un entretien ménager optimal - FR
  • Nos astuces pour un excellent service de réception - FR
  • L'Hôtellerie durable - FR

How will it work?

We will be switching the courses in our core content library to the new versions on November 7th. This will be done globally so you won’t need to do anything in Mapal One.

Once we’ve done this, all new learners will automatically see the new updated version. Any learners marked as ”in progress” before the switch date will continue to see the older version of the course, unless their progress is reset.

Will this influence my compliance status?

No, both the current versions and the newly amended versions are in line with all current legislation. Our amends are more in line with best practice advice, and you can see them in the list below. If you’d like more information, please contact your Customer Care representative.

What if I have a scorm only or custom branded package?

If you have a SCORM only or custom branded package that includes one of the listed core resources, your Customer Care representative will contact you directly with an individualised timeline for updating and switching your versions.

We’ll perform these updates automatically, but please inform your Customer Care representative if you don’t want them applied to your versions. Bear in mind that if you choose not to apply the updates the relevant endorsements may be affected.
