• Voice Notes

Users are now able to record and send voice notes directly within chat conversations, making communication faster and more personal. This needs to be turned on in Engagement settings and is available through chat.

Why this Matters

Typing long messages can be time-consuming, especially when sharing ideas, or detailed updates. Voice notes will offer a hands-free, natural way to communicate, improving accessibility and connection.

•  Answer Assistance in Knowledge Checks

We have now added Answer Assistance as an option on Knowledge Checks on the MS which can be enabled to provide answer assistance to learners in M1. This will mean that instantly answers will turn either red or green for incorrect and correct answers.

Instant feedback while completing Knowledge Checks will hopefully help learners understand quicker where they are making mistakes when completing Knowledge Checks and where they are doing well!

•  Handling of Universal App Links

We will be implementing improved handling of universal app links to ensure seamless redirection from web to app experiences.
