Improvements

  • Knowledge Checks – Updated behaviour in “Required by You”

Knowledge Checks will now be removed from the “Required by You” list as soon as they are passed.

This brings Knowledge Checks in line with other learning item types, ensuring “Required by You” only shows learning that still needs to be completed.

Why this Matters

"Required by You” should reflect a learner’s current required learning. Removing Knowledge Checks immediately after a pass ensures this view remains accurate and reliable.

Key Benefits

  • Clearer learner experience: Passed Knowledge Checks no longer remain visible as required learning.
  • Consistent behaviour: Knowledge Checks now behave consistently with other learning item types in “Required by You”.
  • Accurate requirements view: Learners can rely on “Required by You” to see only learning they still need to complete.

  • Global Search – Improved results navigation

When searching using Global Search in Mapal One, users will now be taken automatically to the first tab that contains results once the search has completed.

If no results are found across any tabs, the behaviour remains unchanged.

Why this Matters

When search results are spread across multiple tabs, users should be taken directly to where results exist. This update reduces navigation and helps users find relevant items more quickly.

Key Benefits

  • Faster access to results: Automatically land on the first tab with search results.
  • Less manual navigation: Remove the need to check each tab individually after searching.
  • Consistent behaviour: No change when a search returns no results.

Bug fixes

Recognitions – “To” field restored
We’ve resolved an issue where the “To” section was no longer visible on Recognitions. Users can now clearly see who a Recognition was sent to, as well as who it was sent from.
