- Collections Summary Report Updates
- We have relieved the Collections Summary Report of the same permissions as Collections as a resource. This now works more similarly to the Full Training Report, so that more users are able to access important information. Also on export, users can now see numbers of each resource in each collection.
- Goals learner notifications
- We have added learner notifications for goals in this sprint, so that a learner is notified when a goal has been signed off by a manager.
- Learner Progress Report – Filtering
- We have made some updates so that branches and departments with nothing assigned still show in the available filters, and if users select a branch/department with nothing assigned, then we will show a message 'There is no data to display.'
- Learner Progress Report – Ordering
- We will make further updates to the Learner Progress Report so that the report is ordered on orderable name, which should help speed the report a little.
- Long Term Absences made Leavers updates
- In this sprint we ensured that any long term absences that are made leavers (or have an end date populated against their profile) will remove the Long Term Absence flag.
- Removal of ‘Email address used by multiple learners’ text
- If a learner is part of more than one operator then on their learner profile we previously saw ‘Email address used by multiple learners’ text in red, which made it look like an error. This copy wasn’t helpful to our users so we have removed this.
