Enhancements

Compliance Report Toggle For Currently Employed Learners
Previously the Compliance Report always pulled in all learners even if the learner had a future start date with no option to separate out currently employed learners. In this sprint we added a toggle to allow users the ability to remove learners with future start dates, leaving the user with only currently employed learners.
External Links Management
In this sprint we have done some work to ensure that only those with the correct External Links permissions should be able to view and manage External Links.
Handling of Operator Status from OS to Flow
Previously if an operator status was updated or included on sync of the company, this was not taking in operator status. Flow now respects operator status set or sent from OS.
OS Job title Updates
In this sprint, we completed some work to ensure that if a job title is updated in OS, then this si synced correctly down to Flow and will update any learners with the updated job title.
Import Staff Tile
We have made an update to ensure that for OS source platforms the import staff tile is hidden on Flow, as this shouldn't be done in Flow.
AI Smart Analysis on Workbook Summary Report
In this sprint we added AI Smart Analysis to the Workbook Summary Report to allow for better analysis of the data included within this report.
AI Smart Analysis on Scorecard Report
Another report that we added AI Smart Analysis to in this sprint was the Scorecard Report.

Bug fixes

Workbook Notification Route
We've made an improvement to ensure that if a user has received a workbook email regarding a learner's workbook, then if they click the link in the email, they will be taken to that learner's workbook in the management system.
Previewing an Archived News Item
We had an issue where if an archived news item was viewed as a preview then the item was being published. We have now fixed this issue to ensure that preview does just take the user to a preview.
Unlink Modules inside Collection
We came across an issue where modules could be unlinked from a collection, even without the correct permissions. This has now been resolved.
