Enhancements

Archive External training: On archiving external training we have now made updates to ensure that this is hidden from assigned learning also.
Training Calendar Session Report: This came in as an enhancement request to include whether or not a learner has attended a training session within the training calendar sessions report. We have now updated to include the new column.
Limit on number of Leaderboards: We have added a limit to the number of leaderboards that can be set up as well as the number of items that can be included. This is to ensure that the leaderboards section is kept up-to-date and relevant to users.
Knowledge Checks Feature (to be finalised next sprint): We have now commenced work on our brand-new Knowledge Checks feature which will allow users to create quizzes that can be placed in Collections as a method of checking the learner’s knowledge on the content that they have learned within the collection. Please note that there is still work to be finalised on this feature that we are hoping to complete next sprint.

Learner details in appraisals: We received an enhancement request to include learner details within the appraisal detail section. This has now been updated to include Learner name, Employee ID - (External ID), Job title, Email (only shown for Account Managers), Branch, Department (if enabled) and Region.
Appraisals and Workbooks wording update: We have updated the wording 'Learner/Manager can view' to 'Learner/Manager response enabled' in the edit question section of appraisals and workbooks. This will hopefully provide more clarity on the toggles and their associated behaviours.
Prevention of Welcome Emails for Training managers: In this sprint we removed the 'Resend' button for resending the welcome email from Flow for OS authenticating companies, as this should now be manager through OS.
Linking Accounts Improve Email Content: We recognised that there were improvements needed to the Linking Accounts emails to make this a clearer for users. In consultation with UX/UI we have now made improvements to this email, hopefully improving user experience.

Bug fixes

Training Calendar Email Send Duplicating: We saw that training calendar emails were being sent multiple times in error. This has now been resolved.
Collections modal updates: We have made some updates to the behaviour if feature flags are turned off to ensure that the collections add items modal handles these being removed correctly.
Files being removed from Appraisals: It was reported that files were being removed from appraisals, if an appraisal submission was attempted however a mandatory question had been missed. We have fixed this so that the files do not disappear.
Workbook placeholder text: In this sprint we took a look at the workbook placeholder text, because even if removed and saved, this would not stay removed. This has now been fixed.
Past dates in training calendar: Users can now no longer add a training calendar event with a date in the past. This was previously happening in error and because the event was in the past it could not be removed.
