AI Smart Analysis on Learner Profiles
We’ve introduced AI Smart Analysis on Learner Profiles to help our users analyse learner progress, without having to click in to all learning item types.
Why this Matters
Understanding learner progress is crucial for making informed decisions and enhancing the learning experience. This enhancement empowers you to turn data into actionable insights, making learner management easier and more effective.
Benefits
- Conversational Data Analysis: Interact with the SA bot to ask questions about learner progress, activity, and performance.
- Insightful Data Review: Analyze large datasets without needing to manually filter or export data.
- Enhanced Decision Making: Gain actionable insights through AI-powered summaries and visualizations.
Improvements
Refresher Rules - Company Toggle to Override Training Structure Rule
We've made an update to Refresher rules, to allow for users to choose for automated Refresher items to be issued regardless of whether or not the learning item is included in a learner's Training Structure. The toggle can be enabled at company level, and will apply to all automated refresher rules built in an organisation.
Why this Matters
This enhancement allows organisations to apply refresher rules more efficiently, without the need to adjust the learner’s entire training structure. It ensures that critical refresher content is automatically assigned, even if the learner's current training structure doesn’t include it.
Benefits
- Greater Flexibility: Refresher rules run independently of the learner’s Training Structure.
- Streamlined Compliance Management: Automatically apply refresher content like Refresher Health & Safety Level 2 to learners, even if it’s not part of their active training.
Improved Automation: Ensure learners stay compliant without the need for manual updates or adjustments to their training structure.
Learner Audit Logs - Module Due Date Changes
We’ve introduced tracking for Module due date changes in the Learner Audit Log. Now, when a module due date is updated, the system records which user made the change, the module affected, and the previous and new due dates.
Why this Matters
This new feature enhances visibility and accountability for module due date changes, making it easier to track and audit modifications to learner schedules.
Benefits
- Improved Tracking: Easily see who changed a module due date and what the new and previous dates were.
Increased Transparency: Record the user who made the due date change.
Bug fixes
- OS source TM Access Issue
- Training Managers who had their User Profiles updated in OS were losing their branch access in Flow. This has now been resolved.
- OS source TMs moving companies
- We found that where a Training Manager was deactivated in one operator in OS, and added to a new Operator in OS, then their company access in Flow was not updated. We now ensure that company access updates.
- German translation of due date in Flow
- Our translation of due date in German was not quite right, but we have now amended this.
- OS source CSV integrations
- We made an update to how we detect and encode CSV files in OS integrations so that our customers can use their integrations as they did previously in Flow.
