Succession Planning V2

In this sprint we created a top candidates tile on the dashboard within the management system. This will show managers at a glance their top candidates for roles that have been marked as critical job roles.

Career Mapping Preview

Users can now click on a job role within a career map preview and be presented with a modal of how the first panel will look on that job role page with the title, image and description of the role.

Training Calendar Reminder Emails

In this sprint we created a training calendar reminder email so that learners can be reminded of a training session 7 days before and also 1 day before.

Move Appraisal Records

Internal users now have the ability to move appraisal records from one company to another.

Training Calendar Bulk Select Learners

We have made some updates so that users can select learners in bulk when sending out training calendar invites.

Collections – Training instructions email when assigning in bulk

We had an error where the training collection allocation was showing in the training instructions emails the same number of times that it had been assigned out.
