Learner Transfers

In this sprint we included the ability to transfer completed records in OS companies.

Appraisal record transfers

We've made an update for migrated companies whereby a completed appraisal will now pull through the reviewer name in the new platform.

Goals Training Manager notifications

We will now alert managers assigned to Goals when a learner has signed off.

Training Structures

We will no longer show a column in training structures for features not enabled in companies.

Learner Progress report

We've made an update to this report so that the module status defaults to active.

Knowledge Checks reporting

We have added a Knowledge Checks Summary report which details learners attempts, results and scores.

Archived branches learners receiving emails

We had a report of learners in an archived branch receiving emails, and have put a fix in place to prevent this in future.

Account Manager unable to log in

We've resolved a login issue for a user with access to multiple products.

Dashboard tiles in Spanish

We identified an issue where some dashboard tiles were not loading in Spanish, and have now rectified this.

Report filters in other languages

Two of our reports were not able to be grouped successfully if using other languages, this is now resolved.
