Ability to create leader board categories

This is the beginning of a new feature that we’re implementing that will span a few sprints. The idea is that users will be able to create leader boards for certain categories and see how their branches are departments are tracking against these categories.

Ability to delete job titles

Users now have the ability to delete job titles that are no longer in use.

Update to FAID processing

Instead of waiting for the next feed run, we have updated to ensure quicker retrieval of FAIDs on Fourth Engage SSO platforms.

Appraisal default sign off settings update

Currently in appraisals, the default sign off setting is ‘No sign off required’, however we have updated this so that it defaults to no specific permission being selected to ensure that users are actively picking the setting they require.

Ability to preview files on competences

Within competences in L&D settings, users can now preview the uploaded files.

Addition of learner start date in compliance report

We have added the learner employment start date to the compliance report. This will ensure users can use this in filter options.

Fixing Italian, Portuguese and Dutch Languages

We have made some improvements within our Lokalise project for Italian, Portuguese and Dutch.  

Investigation into noticeboard improvements

Within this sprint we have taken on some highly anticipated noticeboards work. We’re have been investigating to ensure the path of development we’re looking to take will be the most effective.

Add job titles to noticeboard export

We have added job titles within the noticeboards export.

Remove ‘Mark as template’ from Appraisals

As we now have the functionality to clone appraisals from one company to another, we have removed ‘Mark as template’ from appraisals and will also be looking to do the same in workbooks.

Allowing users to delete completed collections with zero items

Sometimes if a user has a duplicated collection and they remove one it leaves one remaining but empty. Usually users are prevented from deleting complete collections, however in this case we have enabled the ability to delete completed collections with zero items.

Disable add button once 25 items reached

We are now disabling the add button in collections when the limit of 25 items has been reached.

Flow Manager Welcome Email for OS Auth Companies

We're now ensuring that training managers in OS enabled companies no longer receive an email to set a password in Flow.

500 error when entering the date manually - Validation required

There is now validation to prevent users entering dates in incorrect formats.

Collections not updating with due date in reporting

Due dates are now pulling through in reporting for collections.

'Previous' button on assign learning Collections shows blank page

We are removing the previous button here as it doesn't lead anywhere.

External Training supporting docs on Mapal One

We're now ensuring that any supporting docs added to External Training is being pulled through to Mapal One.
