New Features
Overall Time Spent in Learning Report
We've introduced a new report which shows overall time spent in learning across modules, external training, and explore learning items.
Why this Matters
Time spent in training is a key metric for understanding learner engagement and supporting operational needs—especially for organisations that compensate staff for learning hours. This new report brings together time spent across modules, external training, and Explore Learning items into one place, making it easier to track, report, and act on total learning time.
Key Benefits
- Complete Visibility: See total learning time across all key learning types in one report.
- Supports Pay & Compliance: Helps organisations accurately compensate staff or meet training time requirements.
- Operational Efficiency: Reduces the need for manual tracking or combining data from multiple sources.

Knowledge Checks Answers
Within the Knowledge Check Summary Report, it is now possible to view how learners have answered individual questions. Answer data is shown for all completed attempts—both pass and fail—along with the number of learners who selected each option.
Why this Matters
Understanding how learners answer questions in Knowledge Checks offers valuable insight beyond just pass/fail rates. By surfacing answer-level data directly within the Knowledge Check Summary Report, admins and learning teams can identify patterns, refine questions, and support learners more effectively—making this a powerful tool for continuous improvement.
Key Benefits
- Deeper Insight: View how learners responded to individual questions, not just the outcome.
- Improve Content Quality: Use answer data to refine or adjust poorly performing questions.
- Targeted Support: Identify knowledge gaps and provide more focused follow-up or coaching.
Improvements
Update to Handling of TUPE'd Employees
We've made an update as to how we handle TUPE'd employees from Fourth. Previously, where an employee had 2 records, we were processing both which led to daily deactivation and reactivation of users. We now only process the active record.
Why this Matters
TUPE’d employees coming from Fourth often have overlapping records, which previously caused users to be deactivated and reactivated daily. With this update, only the active record is processed, ensuring more stable learner and manager access, and cleaner data handling across systems.
Key Benefits
- Stable Access for Learners and Managers: Prevents daily deactivation/reactivation, ensuring uninterrupted platform access.
- Supports Operational Continuity: Ensures training and oversight can continue without disruption.
Bug fixes
- OS Source Custom User Profiles
- Training Manager users with custom profiles were experiencing permission resets when their user record was saved. This issue has now been resolved — permissions are no longer reset on save.
- OS Source CSV Integrations
- Previously, if unexpected data was included in integration CSV files, the file would fail to process. This has now been fixed — problematic lines are ignored, allowing the rest of the file to be processed correctly.
