Add Workbooks to Refresher Rules

We have now added the capability to include workbooks in refresher rules.

Collections deletion method

The collections deletion method has been improved to ensure that any items allocated outside of a collections are left on the learner profile when the collection containing the item is deleted. We also ensure that 'In Progress' modules are not removed when collections are deleted.

Enable Export in Unlinked Learners

We have added the ability to export a list from the unlinked learners page. This will enable managers to follow up with any learners who have not yet linked their account.

Compliance Overview Filter Issue

On filtering items other than modules individually in the Compliance Overview report users were experiencing an 'oops' message. We have now resolved this.

Report Drawers

We made improvements to the filters on some of our reports to ensure the filter drawer remains closed after applying the filters.

Update email content for SSO companies

We have ensured that learners using SSO will only see relevant links in their emails.

Workbooks showing as awaiting review after completion

We've made an update so that completed workbooks do not show as awaiting review.
