Enhancements

Explore Learning Report - Launch Date Range
Users now have the option of filtering on a launched/actioned date range within the Explore Learning report.
Workbook Reporting updates
The Workbook summary report will now show when it is a manager's turn to sign off or complete a workbook.
Compliance Report updates
We have added a new column to the Compliance report for Collections so that users are able to see if a compliance item belongs to a collection. Users can also filter on collections to narrow results.
Appraisals mandatory and learner response enabled
To improve question set up within appraisals, we prevent the scenario of a question being mandatory and learner response is disabled. Any that currently have this set up can still be completed on Mapal One as we put in this fix already.
Collections L&D Settings Export Update
We have made some updates to the L&D settings page for collections, specifically within the export. In this export users will now see all items that could be part of their collection as part of a pipe separated list.
Knowledge Checks report
In this sprint we added filter functionality to the Knowledge Checks report.
Full Training Report updates
We have added new columns for collections into the full training report so users can get the full picture of their learner's training.
Training Record Mapping is not overridden with Refresher rules
Users now have the ability to prevent modules being reissued as refresher training when learners have completed a level above. This still defaults to existing behaviour however the user has a toggle to decide if this is what they would like to do.

Bug fixes

Compliance Overview Search Issue
We were advised that users were unable to find learners within the report when searching for them by name. We have now resolved this.
Appraisals required question not marked with "*" for uncategorised questions
We have resolved an issue where appraisals with uncategorised questions weren't being marked with an asterisk. This has now been fixed.
