External Training Historical Uploads

We have given our OS platforms the ability to upload historical training by matching on email address.

Training Calendar

Attendance can now be marked 30 minutes prior to the session start time, meaning this can be used as a register.

Waiting list now respects number of available places where this is increased, and books waiting list learners on to the course.

Message on uneditable fields

We now show a message on Flow where the data for the page should be managed in the OS.

Collections

These can now be bulk deleted via the Collections management page (Learning & Development).

Succession Planning

We now have the ability to enable email notifications to users to alert them of suitable candidates for vacancies.

Goals linked to Appraisals

In learner profiles on Flow MS, users can now see where a Goal is linked to an appraisal.

Training Structure Competence lists

The competence list selected in training structures was not respecting the list filter, and showing all competences. The list is now respected and shows only relevant competences.

Unable to reactivate Training Managers

We found a bug in OS companies whereby leaver Training Managers could not be reinstated, this is now resolved.

Collections deletion

When Collections were being removed from learner profiles, additional/bitesize learning were also being deleted. This has now been fixed.

Appraisals

Where Training Manager required questions were not filled out, the appraisal looked like it was submitting successfully. We now show a message to users that they have to fill out required fields.

Appraisals

Incomplete appraisals could not be deleted from learner profiles. This is now resolved.

Compliance report

We received reports of slowness running this report, and have made improvements to this.
