OS Sync Employee IDs to Flow

We've made an update so that employee external IDs now sync from OS to Flow

Custom Challenges

Users can now add their own SCORM files in to custom challenges allowing for more bespoke challenges

Knowledge Checks

These have been updated to show the correct number of answers required for a multi-select question

AI

We have continued work on the AI Smart Analysis with a view to releasing this late September

Unable to delete previous module allocations

An issue was discovered whereby previous module allocations could not be deleted where the learner had completed the most recent allocations. This is now resolved.

Additional Learning remove option to delete

There was previously an option to delete self allocated modules via the Management System which was leaving learners unable to complete their modules. We have now removed this option.

Inactive managers receiving notifications

Some inactive Training Manager were receiving notifications where they were still assigned to an appraisal. We now prevent the emails from going out to unactive users.

Training Calendar

Learners were being given the option to book on to another branches session as well as their own branch. This has now been rectified.
