Ability to clone a collection

In order to improve the approach and speed at which collections can be built, we have now given the ability to clone collection templates

Module Progress Report status default

We have now added a default status of ‘active’ modules when opening the module progress report.

Management of Account manager demotions via OS feed

We recognised that there needed to be a method of demoting account managers where needed and so we made improvements so that this can now be done via the OS feed.

Noticeboard – Filter by category

We have also added the ability to filter by noticeboard categories in the noticeboards page.

Module Progress and Learner Progress Reports

We've made improvements to both of these reports so they now run much quicker than they did previously.

Add cronjob to send critical role email

We have now reapplied the cronjob so that the critical role email is triggered correctly.

Unable to upload Mapal One images on Module Builder

In this sprint we worked on an issue where users weren’t able to upload images for Mapal One on Module Builder.

Link email expiring

The link in the link profile email was expiring. We have now fixed this.

Linking Goals to Appraisals

Some of our existing appraisals did not show the Goals dropdown when include Goals were enabled, this now shows for all appraisals set to include Goals.

SSO users receiving prompts to set password/log into M1

We have worked on a fix to ensure that the email doesn't now include default instructions to set password and link to Mapal One.

CSV Upload timeout

We have fixed to ensure the system will not show a timeout message before uploading the CSV after being successfully tested.

Removing Learners from Training Calendar Sessions

We have resolved the issue whereby users could not remove learners from Training Calendar Sessions.
