Populate Business Unit ID from OS source companies to Flow

We now pick up the Business Unit OS IDs and populating these into Flow branches, allowing users to re-use the bulk upload function to set jurisdictions/brandings en masse.

New tile on MS Dashboard

We have added a tile to the Management System dashboard for Account Managers to show how many Training Managers don’t have a department assigned. Account Managers are now able to click through, see a list of Training Managers and set departments from this page.

Collections allocated as part of training structure missing modules

Modules were missing from Collections where one or more of the Collections included in the Training Structure has zero items. Going forwards the training structure will issue out all modules correctly regardless of whether there is a Collection with zero items included.

Historical Training upload error

When historical External Training was being uploaded to the Management System users were redirected to an ‘Oops, something went wrong screen’ despite the External Training uploading successfully. This no longer happens.

Career Mapping visible for learners not belonging to set jurisdictions

Branding/Jurisdiction setting in career mapping was not being respected, and learners could see career maps not within their branding/jurisdiction. We have now fixed this issue and branding/jurisdiction restrictions will apply.

Mandatory questions not respected in uncategorised sections in Appraisals

We had an issue with Appraisals where required questions in the uncategorised sections could be submitted without being answered. This has now been resolved.

Compliance Report columns issue

The Compliance report export contained extra columns, and showed in a different order. We have now ensured that the extra columns are removed and the order appears as it did previously with the addition of the Collections column.
