- Releases
- We will now only be releasing planned sprint tasks at the end of the sprint. There will still be the availability to hotfix certain tasks that are seen as urgent or critical to functionality.
- Option to open pages in a new tab
- We have enabled the option to open items within OS in a new tab by right clicking and selecting "Open in new tab". These include an enabled product from the product switcher and dashboard, any operator from Administration > Operators, and within Configuration any business unit or user.
- Flow Sync
- Business units will now be assigned to users in an operator during Flow sync.

- Added the option to bulk upload a list of Departments.
- Configuration/Job titles
- Added the option to bulk upload a list of Job titles.

- Added the option to export a list of operators.

- We have implemented some UX/UI updates to Add Operator, Add & Edit Business Unit Location and Contact section, Manage sector and Manage churn reason in the Edit Operators page in Administration. Remaining updates to continue to be implemented over the next few sprints.
- Account logout page
- We removed the button that says "Click here to return to the spa application."
- Configuration/Employees
- We enabled the field "user" in Edit Employee to allow allocation of user to be edited.
