- Viewed/Launched Content in Explore Learning
- We have made some updates to viewed/launched content in the Explore Learning carousel so that if a user launches/views it then it will no longer appear in the carousel. This will hopefully help to surface new content to learners.
- Agile Feedback Manager Review Warnings
- If a manager has been added to an Agile Feedback evaluation, evaluators will now be informed throughout the evaluation process that the evaluation they are working on will be sent to the manager for validation.
- Agile Feedback Description Hyperlinks
- When setting up an evaluation users can now include a link in the block description.
- Agile Feedback design updates
- We have made some design tweaks within the Agile Feedback section at the request of the UX/UI team. These include spacing changes and card size updates.
- Shift Finder
- Part of our continued implementation of the GIR product into Mapal One, we now have the shift finder capability. Users will be able to view and accept shift proposals via Mapal One. These would also appear in Required by You. Please note this will only be for GIR enabled companies and also once we have officially released this work.
- Holiday Preferences
- Another part of the GIR product that we worked on this sprint was holiday preferences. This included the ability to edit and delete a holiday preference.
- Shifts and Absences design updates
- As well as implementing new features into the GIR section we also made some design updates to the Shifts and Absences section.
- Leaderboard design updates
- We also did some design updates on the Leaderboards section. This included spacing changes and state change updates for example on hover.
- Whole page scroll on News on mobile
- We made some updates to improve the scroll within News (in Engagement enabled companies) on mobile. The whole page now scrolls rather than just the written section.
- Link Goals from Appraisals in Mapal One
- Now that users have the ability to link goals and appraisals within the management system, we have now surfaced this in Mapal One. If a learner is in an appraisal that has a linked goal, they will see the progress bar for how far through their goal they are as well as a link that takes them to that goal.
