Enhancements

Post Recognition Surveys: We added the Post Recognition Surveys to Engagement enabled companies. This means that if a colleague recognises another colleague on a specific value then they can be asked to complete a survey against that specific value.
Recommendations V2: We have enhanced our Recommendations feature by adding in a new carousel; ‘Recommended based on your job role’ will show users items that have been favourited and/or launched frequently by colleagues in the same role.
Operator switcher updates: In this sprint we have ensured that the operator switcher stands out a little more by using the more appropriately sized small nav icon and also using the brand colour in the circle if there is no icon available.
News to appear in published order: News was previously appearing in order of creation date. This now shows in published order instead.
External training learner upload: We now allow learners to upload within external training. This is so that they can upload documents such as certification to provide evidence of completion.
Chat and search button on feed page: We have added chat button on the feed page on Engagement enabled companies.
Module progress report date filter: We have limited the date range on the module progress report.
Design tidy up tasks: In this sprint we have also made a few small design updates across the system such as, borders, profile section, cancel button consistency.
Forum font size improvement: We have improved the font sizing within forums in this sprint.
Styling update on pre and post pass links: In order to make the pre and post pass links clearer we have applied styling to them to make them consistent with other links on the application.
Explore learning PDF download: We have worked to make it a little clearer to learners that a download has started within the Explore learning section of the application.
Workbooks file position: In the file section type within workbooks, the file from the manager previously sat at the bottom of the page, but has since moved to the top. As requested, this is being returned to the bottom of the section.

Bug fixes

Goals check in values: Learners could not save progress on check in values with zero, however this has now been resolved.
No recognition: When users had zero recognitions, this was causing a break in the profile display. We have now fixed this.
Chat back button: We have resolved an issue where the chat back button was raking the user back a page, however not within the chat drawer.
Noticeboard item favouriting: Noticeboard items were disappearing from favourites once read. This is not the intended behaviour and so it has been corrected.
Unchecked filter outline: If a filter was unchecked, the outline of the box disappeared. We have now stopped this from happening.
Goal tile error: We were seeing an error where the goal tile was showing the overdue icon even once completed. We have now fixed this.
Workbook save error: There was an error when users attempted to save workbooks that were already signed off. We have now hidden the button to prevent this as save is no longer required once the workbook has been submitted.
