Version Easilys 0.715
🚀 Main Evolutions
Improved Supplier Order Validation Workflow
The workflow now offers finer control: it is now possible to activate validation only for selected suppliers, thanks to a new setting available in their supplier records.
The workflow engine automatically adapts the validation requests based on the chosen configuration.
👉 Benefits: more targeted validation, simplified order flows for non-impacted suppliers, and more efficient governance.
Simplified Stock Withdrawal Linked to Site Orders (lab / inter-site supply flows)
It is now possible to generate stock withdrawals corresponding to the productions carried out to fulfil other sites’ orders.
A new option, “Site orders (supply)”, allows these needs to be displayed directly in the Stock Out screen, just like needs coming from menus or guest orders.
👉 Benefits: major time savings thanks to the removal of manual entries, more reliable quantities as they are automatically calculated, and smoother inter-site management with consistent flows between ordering, production and stock withdrawal.
Automatic Batch Number for Productions
In the Production Management screen, the batch number is now automatically generated according to the INCO rule, as well as the use-by date based on the recipe’s shelf life.
👉 Benefits: enhanced traceability, easier compliance, and faster data entry for production teams.
Smart Catalogue – Acand Smart Selection tivation of the “Supplier Type” Criterion
In a previous version, we introduced the ability to create Smart Catalogue and Smart Selection rules using the supplier type criterion (internal/external), although it was not yet taken into account by the application engines.
This criterion is now fully operational : when used in a rule, it is applied consistently across the whole application.
👉 Benefits: faster configuration, fewer errors, and more resilient rules over time — even when the supplier landscape evolves.
Optimised Management of POS Data Flows
A new section, “Data Rerouting”, has been added to the Site Settings, together with a dedicated API.
It allows fine-tuned control over how sales and loss data from POS systems should be redirected to other sites, depending on the sales mode (eat-in, take-away…).
👉 Benefits: better control of POS data flows, improved multi-site consolidation, and better adaptation to complex organisations (lab sites, dark kitchens, multi-site groups…).
