Billing Site Management in Multi-Site Orders

A new site option allows you to determine which site should be billed when an order is delivered to another site.
It is also possible to manually adjust the billed site directly within the purchase order for greater flexibility.

👉 Benefits: reduced administrative errors, improved consistency of multi-site workflows, more reliable billing processes, and time savings for operational teams.

Smart Catalogue® & Smart Selection® – New “Supplier Type” Criterion

Smart Catalogue and Smart Selection rules can now use the supplier type (external / internal) as a filtering criterion.
This avoids having to manually select long lists of external suppliers one by one.
Please note that the operational use of this parameter is not yet active.

👉 Benefits: faster setups, fewer configuration errors, long-lasting rules that remain valid even when suppliers change.

INCO Labels – New Lot Number Format and Printing from Production

INCO labels now use a standardized lot number format:
YYYYMMDD-RecipeId-SiteId-Number.
It is also possible to print INCO labels directly from the Production Management screen, at recipe level.

👉 Benefits: improved traceability, enhanced compliance, and easier access to label printing during production.

Renaming of “Production Plan V2” and Exit from BETA

Overview
The “Production Plan V2” screen has been removed from BETA status and is now named Finished Product Production Plan.
This screen allows you to manage – manually or using offset rules – the production dates of recipes corresponding to finished products ordered by child sites.
Batch separation is also supported where needed.

Important:
This screen applies only to production intended for site supply (finished products).
For recipes used in menus, the original Production Plan (V1) remains the reference.

👉 Benefits: better control over production scheduling, clearer and more intuitive interface, improved adaptability to operational constraints.
