Menu Pre-design: Ergonomics and New Features

Overview

• The pin icon is now always visible on pinned recipes.
• New “Expand All / Collapse All” button to show or hide details with one click.

Track Orders: Stronger Control over Bulk Sending

Overview

It is no longer possible to bulk send orders if at least one of them requires validation through an external process.

Why is it important?

For some clients, orders are sent to suppliers via an external process. In these cases, the process must be strictly followed, and it should not be possible to bypass the validation system and process by manually assigning the status “Sent” to orders.

• ✅ Reduces the risk of errors or workarounds.
• ✅ Improves reliability of data and operations.

Recording Losses Directly from Stock

Overview

Stock withdrawals can now be entered with the origin “Known Loss or Shrinkage”, accompanied by an administrable reason.

Why is it important?

This simplifies the declaration of losses in collective catering by focusing only on products actually in stock. Losses recorded during operations immediately impact stock levels without waiting until the end of the day, allowing for smoother and more accurate real-time tracking.

Note: loss management is still available via the dedicated “Known Loss and Shrinkage” screen.

🐞 Bug Fixes

• Supplier Orders: corrected the display of the unit of measure in comparisons.
• Receptions:
  • Delivery date can now be modified in Dutch.
  • Status change alert “AWAITING DELIVERY” → “IN PROGRESS” is now displayed in all languages.
• Reception Control:
  • Validation fixed for products with decimal quantities.
  • Product label is now struck through only when the received quantity ≤ 0.
  • Resolved bugs related to swipe control.
• Imports/Exports: the end date of price lists is now included during imports.
• Other ergonomic fixes: adjustments to buttons and icons for greater clarity and consistency.
