Version Easilys 0.660

🚀 Functional Enhancements

  1. Improved user experience in the Menu Pre design screen
    Overview:
    • During simulation, days are now processed one after the other, and progress is visually indicated with success icons or alert pictograms as each day progresses.
    • When menus are impacted, the progression of the number of affected menu frames is now displayed.
    • If the user leaves the screen during the impact process, it now continues in the background.
    • When an impact is in progress, it is now possible to schedule another one: it will remain pending and start automatically once the previous one is complete.

Why is this important? Building menu plans and understanding their impact should be clear and fluid, without interrupting the user’s workflow.

    Benefits:
    ✅ Clear visualization of progress
✅ Asynchronous processing allowing multiple impacts to be scheduled
    ✅ Time savings

  2. Manual adjustment of productions (Production Plan V2 BETA – not yet available)
    Overview:

We are continuing development on the upcoming "Production Plan V2" screen. On the server side, the ability to drag and drop production batches is now retained. Further improvements on this new screen will follow in the coming weeks.

    Why is this important?
Recipe production dates are usually automatically determined based on configured delay rules. However, in reality, constraints such as equipment availability, staff presence, or production organization logic often require manual date adjustments by the production manager. It is therefore essential to be able to manually modify production dates directly in the planning screen.

    Benefits:
✅ Better control over production scheduling
    ✅ Intuitive interface
    ✅ Faster adjustments
    ✅ Adaptation to operational constraints

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Price lists: The calculation of recipe cost is now correct (calculated per portion).
  • Menu Pre design: Improved recipe list display performance.
  • Stock – Known losses:
    • Corrected display when the material cost is zero.
    • Non-stockable components no longer block the overall stock deduction process.
  • Supplier Orders: Fixed quantity increment when adding a product with a reservation delay.
  • Receipts: Batch deletion or modification is now possible again after reopening.
