Version Easilys 0.650
🚀 Functional Enhancements
1. Duration of Impact from Equipment Interventions
We now calculate the number of days during which the equipment was impacted by the intervention, i.e., the time between the intervention request and its completion declaration.
- For completed interventions, the date and time the intervention was declared “Completed” are now displayed.
- In the "List of Interventions" report, two columns have been added: "Declared Completed" (completion date) and "Days Impacted" (duration).
Why is it important?
Knowing how many days an equipment was impacted by ongoing interventions is essential for proper management. Having this in report form allows easy communication to management.
Benefits:
- Facilitates sharing of information with non-application users
- Better maintenance activity control
- Highlights operational downtime
2. Automated Update of Finished Product Prices and Specifications
It is now possible to enable the automatic update of finished product prices and characteristics. This option is configurable in this version but will only take effect in the next one.
Why is it important?
When using stockable recipes and finished products, it's essential that product values are accurate and up to date. Depending on the case, prices and specifications may be entered manually or updated automatically based on the corresponding stockable recipe data. Automating this process helps avoid omissions and secures data consistency.
Benefits:
- Fewer manual tasks
- Consistent nutritional data, allergens, and certifications for finished products
- Streamlined processes
3. Ergonomic Improvement in Smart Specification
We added the option to "Add All" in the selection lists when setting smart specification rules.
Why is it important?
When defining smart specification rules, the list of selectable items can be very long. Being able to use the search field along with a "Select All" option is essential for efficiency and avoiding errors or omissions.
Benefits:
- Time saving
- More user-friendly interface
4. Improved Visualization in Supplier Order Tracking
The order list in "Order Tracking" has been expanded and now displays the supplier's full name, even if it is long, using a tooltip.
Why is it important?
Some suppliers have long or similar names. It is important for users to clearly see the full supplier name in each order to quickly identify it without confusion.
Benefits:
- Improved readability
- Better clarity and assurance for purchasing teams
