In accordance with The Licensing Act 2003 (England & Wales) and The Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, those responsible for the sale of alcohol must be a Personal Licence Holder. This resource guides learners through the essential training they need, including the laws surrounding the sale of alcohol and children and under 18s, drug awareness, social responsibility including the use of promotions and drink driving, and dealing with conflict.
