Enhancements

Flow Sync: Flow sync to OS will now automatically assign departments to a user based on what has been enabled in Flow for that user.
GIR Sync: Created gir_identity client credentials in sandbox Identity Server.
Employees: Updated the OS database to store active labour periods and labour situations.
EDA Pattern Update: Set the headers/payload with the list of products based on the Operator.

Bug Fixes

Flow sync: Hotfix released 09/11/2023. Fixed a bug where some active Flow users were showing as inactive in OS.
Departments: Added sending events for Import endpoint in DepartmentController.

API Updates

Employees: Created employee labour period endpoints and events in OS.
