- Configuration/Users
- If a user is linked to an employee, the business unit and department (if applicable) will be auto assigned to the User.
- Configuration/Business Management/Category Groups
- Tooltip content added to headings in Add and Edit Category Groups.
- UX/UI Updates
- We add spacing between the sub-sections in the left menu in Operators Edit, Business unit Edit ad user Edit pages. We have also added empty state messages to pages where no information has been added yet.
- Configuration/User Profiles
- To better indicate that certain applications were for management user we updated the application names to include "Admin" for Flow Admin, Engagement Admin and Workforce Admin.
- Administration/Users
- Under the Access section we will display the default operator and allow a user with the correct permissions to update the default operator should the user be linked to multiple operators.
- Flow Sync
- For Flow source of truth operators only, OS will make users active again (after a re-hire) if the user information is provided in the sync.
- Configuration/Users/Business unit permissions
- We have implemented a new permission to allows users with configuration access to only view users, employees and business units based on the business unit/s they have assigned to their user within an operator in Mapal OS. Users that have been given a user profile with Configuration permissions enabled should have the appropriate business units assigned to their user in order to view users, employee and business units. User A linked to Business Unit 1 and 3 with Configuration permissions to view/edit users, employees and Business Units, should only be able to see the users who also have Business Unit 1 and/or 3, employees who have Business Unit 1 or 3 and only view Business Unit 1 and 3 in Business management. A user assigning business units to another user in Configuration > User Management > Users > Edit User > Business Unit will be able to select an option to allow access to all business units instead of adding each business unit.
- Business Unit
- OS source of truth operators only. If an Active or Open Business Unit in OS has the state updated to Inactive or Not Visible, the Business unit will be removed from any associated Users under that operator and Employees under that operator assigned to this Business Unit will be given an end date (this would be the date the BU was made Inactive/Not visible).
- Welcome and Reset Password Emails
- OS now sends the default Welcome and Reset Password emails based on the operator language (currently only supporting English, Spanish, Swedish and French). If a new notification template is added and language is selected to be English, Spanish, Swedish or French, the email configured will be sent in that specified language.
- Administration/Operators - Mapal One Functionality
- We have added a section call Mapal One Functionality that will be enabled if a bundle with Mapal One capability is added to an operator. Mapal One require OS to be able to notify Mapal One what applications should be enabled in Mapal One on an operator level regardless of the bundle added to the Operator in OS. This is a requirement for active customers who are being cross-sold other products and going into an onboarding phase for those products. During this phase, these products should not be visible on Mapal One.
- Note: All users will be required to update the Mapal One App in their app stores.
