Bethany Paterson is the Head of Learning Experience at Mapal, drawing on her background in hospitality and learning development. She has over eight years of experience in the latter, having worked internally with Costa Coffee and externally with organisations like William Grant & Sons, Children’s Hearings Scotland, and NHS Education for Scotland. Bethany also hosts and promotes various external L&D knowledge-sharing events, with her work published in Training Journal (UK).

Abbie Macpherson is the Head of Digital Design within the Learning Solutions team at Mapal. After 10 years of experience in graphic and digital design Abbie now heads up the design team who create all our Core and Bespoke resources across the platform. Abbie has been integral to the evolution of our resources over the last five years, by nurturing and developing her brilliant team.

Ash Millar is the Content & Events Coordinator for the UK and Nordics at Mapal. After six years in the entertainment industry, Ash found her way back to hospitality, where it all began (she was a bartender and bar supervisor for many years). With a mix of industry savvy and a creative flair, Ash brings an authentic, hands-on perspective to every event and story she crafts.
