Enhancements

Agile Feedback Feature: The next feature from Engagement that we are looking at implementing is the agile feedback feature called Evaluations. This will allow peer to peer evaluations on a variety of skills that companies can set up across multiple periods of time. We started the work last sprint so is well underway, but it will span a few sprints. We’ll keep you posted!
Leaderboards in Mapal One: Leaderboards are now visible to learners in Mapal One if created by companies in the management system. This will let learners know how their branch is performing against other branches in their company.
Career page updates: We have made some updates to the career page layout. There is now a toggle at the top of the page to switch between a general ‘Development’ page and career mapping if enabled. This will eventually also include Evaluations if Engagement is enabled.
Competence rating descriptions: We have made some updates to competence ratings. If ratings are enabled the relevant word will appear next to the star and change depending on the star.
Mobile operator switcher updates: A few sprints ago we made some updates to the desktop operator switcher to make it clearer and more noticeable. We have applied similar updates to the mobile version of this. As well as this we have also made some small styling changes to the mobile menu.

Bug fixes

Explore Learning Error: When clicking into an Explore Learning item, learners were being directed to Recommended for You instead of the resource. This has now been resolved.
