Enhancements

Collections reporting: Users will now be able to access reporting on any collections that they've created. They'll be able to see completion percentages from each learner.
Collection status filter: Users can now filter on collection status in the collections management page. They'll be able to select if they want to see complete, incomplete or all collections.
Competences title character limit: We have limited the competences title character limit to 200.
Workbooks and Appraisals Save button UX/UI updates: We have made a few UX/UI changes to the submit journey within Workbooks and Appraisals. The order of the buttons have been changed so that the 'Save' button sits furthers right, to break the behaviour of users mistakenly selecting submit. We have added the 'save' icon to make this clearer. As well as this the submit modal has been updated to have more affirmative language on the CTAs and a more obvious warning message.

Bug fixes

Competence rating not retrieved when editing: The manager rating value wasn't pulling through in the edit form on competences. This has now been resolved.
Outstanding collections tile to be centered: The alignment of the outstanding collections tile was left aligned however this should have been centered. It has now been corrected.
Competence descriptions: The descriptions for competences weren't pulling through to Mapal One from the management system, however now this is working.
Workbooks content overflowing: We were seeing cases where content was overflowing out-with the workbook form. This has now been set to sit within the form as expected.
Competences showing in job roles even when disabled: We could still see competences pulling through on job roles as a section to be completed by the user, even when these had been disabled for the company. These now don't show if disabled.
Success message error: When adding invalid Bitesize and additional learning to a collection, users were seeing a success message to say this had been added even though it hadn't. We've now stopped this message from appearing.
Update collection numbering: If an item was deleted from a collection template or in the learner view, the numbering wasn't updated. This has now been fixed so that the numbers are in the correct order.
