Enhancements

Ability to use OS branding in Engagement Only companies
Where a company has engagement only enabled, we have now given users the opportunity to set up branding in OS for use in Mapal One.
Forum post creation updates
In this sprint we have improved the UI of the Forum post creation drawer.
Pinned News item carousel
For Engagement-enabled companies users will have the ability to select carousel items in Engagement admin, to be shown in the banner at the top of Mapal One. We have some back end work to complete and this will be fully available for use.
Upgrade to Angular 16
In this sprint we completed a system upgrade to Angular 16.
Empty states for Agile Feedback
In order to improve the UI within the platform we have added empty states into the Agile Feedback feature. This will give the user feedback that they shouldn’t be expecting any population of information.
No. of items on Carousels
We have added item counters to more of the carousels on the dashboard for some more design consistency.
Recipe Cards in Mapal One
We have worked on the ability to view Recipe Cards in Mapal One, this includes, ingredients, allergens, steps, cooking time, prep time. These will appear in the Recipe Book section in document library and be accessible via a tile in the Recipe Book. We still have further work in the next again sprint to finalise MVP.

Bug fixes

Undefined Placeholder text in Workbooks and Appraisals
We were seeing the word undefined pulling through into any text boxes in Appraisals and Workbooks without text defined. We have removed the term ‘Undefined’ from these boxes.
Acceptance of special characters on M1 login
Users’ email addresses could be added with special characters via OS or Flow, however these weren't being handled on the Mapal One login page. This has now been resolved.
Download button inaccessible
On some feed publications with files attached, the length of filename was pushing the download icon out and made it inaccessible for users. We have ensured that this splits across 2 lines and truncated.
