New Features

  • AI in Mapal One

We have made an update so AI is now available in Mapal One. 

Why this Matters

This is important because it brings Mapal One in line with other products that now have the AI capability. Also it’s almost expected as a function within applications now, so the addition will hopefully keep us in line with expectations of users.

Improvements

  • Use of OS Branding

We have made an update so that users are able to set their branding in OS and this will be used if they don’t have Flow branding set up.

Why this Matters

This lets non-Flow companies utilise the branding functionality in Mapal One. 

Benefits

  • Users can add their own brand personality to their platform making it feel more like their own.

Bug fixes

  • Public Holidays not showing — Public holidays in Workforce were not pulling through as an absence/vacation in Mapal One. We have now resolved this.
  • Holidays incorrect — There was also an issue impacting the holiday period i.e. it looked to be a day out at the start and end. This has now been fixed.
  • Surveys showing on carousel after completion — It was reported that even when Surveys had been completed they still showed in the carousel if they had been added. This has now been resolved.
