  • AI-Assisted Survey Creation

Overview

Creating surveys just got easier. Users can now generate an entire survey using a simple text prompt. By describing what feedback they need (e.g., “Feedback from new hires”), the system will build a structured, ready-to-edit survey using AI—saving time and simplifying the process.

How It Works

When creating a new survey, users choose between:

– AI-Assisted Creation: Enter a prompt, and the system generates a full draft survey  

– Manual Creation: Start from scratch with complete control.

  • A prominent button in the top right of the screen opens the AI input modal.
  • The prompt field includes examples and best practice tips (e.g., “Understand how managers feel about team communication”).
  • After submitting a prompt, a draft survey appears in the builder, fully editable.
  • Surveys created this way are tagged as AI-generated for reporting and analytics.
  • This feature is only available for new surveys, not for edits to existing ones.

Why this Matters

Building a well-structured survey from scratch can be time-consuming—especially for users who aren’t sure where to start. This AI-powered feature removes that friction and helps users focus on what they really need: insight.

Overview

Users can now choose how many rows of data are displayed in Mapalified tables, with new options to show 20, 50, or 100 rows. A dropdown selector has been added to the table interface for quick access.

Why this Matters

Previously, users had to scroll through multiple pages to view more data, which was inefficient—especially for admins reviewing large datasets.

Engagement administrators can now view and manage recognition reasons in a new Mapalified table on the settings page. This includes editing, deleting, activating/deactivating reasons, and setting monthly recognition limits per employee—all within a clean and user-friendly interface.

Previously, managing recognition reasons lacked structure and visual clarity, making it harder for admins to maintain categories or enforce usage policies. This update brings better control, consistency, and ease of use.

Editable End Dates for Active Non-Recurring Surveys
 

Overview

Survey administrators can now update the end date of a non-recurring survey even after it has been published and has received responses. This flexibility is available directly through the existing survey management interface.

Why this Matters

Previously, survey dates were locked once responses were received, limiting the ability to respond to real-world challenges—like technical issues, low response rates, or sudden changes in feedback timelines.

Benefits

  • Adjust survey timelines in response to real-time needs
  • Avoid closing surveys prematurely or extending them manually via workaround
  • Maintain control without needing to duplicate or restart surveys
  • Real-time validation ensures date logic is respected (e.g., no past dates)
